As part of ongoing investigations, my work explores the impact of objects within landscapes and examines the evolving vocabulary of forms and spaces shaped by natural forces such as wind, water, and melting ice. These studies delve into the interplay between objects and their surrounding environments, investigating how objects alter and interact with the landscapes they inhabit.

Using materials like sand and wind, clay and rain, and objects embedded in ice, I observe the transformations that occur—particularly as ice melts or weather interacts with forms. Through processes such as timelapse filming, still photography, and casting, I document and analyze these interactions, capturing the dynamic evolution of forms over time.

This research seeks to inform a more thoughtful approach to placing sculptures and buildings within landscapes. By understanding these natural processes, the aim is to create placements that are not only more harmonious and symbiotic but also integrate seamlessly with the environment, enhancing both the landscape and the placed object.

These works were exhibited at the Venice Biennale in 2018 as part of  ‘TIME SPACE EXISTENCE”  Exhibition at Palazzo Mora, Venice.
